Lawyers for the Rutgers students accused of taping their peer's sexual encounter say that no one else saw the footage besides the two -- and that they only saw it for a matter of seconds.
Dharun Ravi and Molly Wei, both 18, only saw Ravi's roommate Tyler Clementi hug and kiss another man, lawyers say. Clementi jumped to his death from the George Washington Bridge in September. Ravi and Wei have been charged with invasion of privacy for allegedly taping his encounter with a man and broadcasting it on the internet.
