Harper and Co. want us to feel sorry for TransCanada

Delays on the U.S. side in assessing a controversial oil pipeline from Alberta to Texas will cost the Canadian company pushing the project, Natural Resources Minister Joe Oliver says.

Oliver told CBC News on Sunday that he expects the environmental assessment ordered by the U.S. State Department "will be costly for" Calgary-based TransCanada Corp.
