A week-long safety blitz by Toronto police resulted in drivers being handed more than 7,000 tickets for impeding transit vehicles.
Toronto police Const. Wendy Drummond said the blitz was launched in an attempt to cut down the number of fatalities on city streets.
Police wrote more than 3,300 tickets for provincial infractions.
Maybe they'll spend all that windfall on name badges?
