Toronto’s condo market dipping

Maybe people are finally realizing that selling vastly overpriced shoe boxes* to dim witted sheep is not a good thing?

Naww, people are just broke.

Despite a record number of construction cranes gracing the horizon, Toronto’s once thriving new condo market hit a dismal sales low in the first quarter of 2009, according to an industry analysis revealed today.

* It worked for the longest time though. Give an apartment a Latin name "Condominium" and it sounds better than it is, like cunilingous.
