Justice Scalia doesn't seem to have a problem with having the privacy of others invaded, but his own...that's another matter.
He thinks it's unethical. I think he just got his ass handed to him.

"Justice Scalia said he doesn't care what people find out about him on the Internet," said [Professor] Reidenberg [of Fordham University] during his presentation on the transparency of personal information. "So I challenged my class to compile a dossier on him."
