The U.S. Justice Department is preparing subpoenas as part of preliminary investigations into News Corp. relating to alleged foreign bribery and alleged hacking of voicemail of Sept. 11 victims, according to a government official.
If it turns up just a hint they hacked 911 victims phones, Fox News is toast.
It will be a delight to watch conservatives defend it. It will probably turn out the 911 victims were actually secret Muslim homosexuals and deserved it.
