Why Councillor Giorgio Mammoliti should not be trusted with flags, obscenely oversized or not

From April 2009:

The flag flap in front of the Carmine Stefano Community Centre continues.

The morning of April 8, eagle-eye residents spotted the flag flying upside down on the building's front lawn.

York West Councillor Giorgio Mammoliti, whose constituency office is inside the centre, said the flag pole had broken, making it appear as if the flag was flying upside down.


And he wants us to trust him with a $3.5 million football field sized flag?

I think not. The death toll could be in the thousands.
