Keep on clutching at straws there guys...

Could the successful U.S. operation that killed al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden lead to a reassessment of the Bush administration’s national security apparatus, much of which has been the focus of political controversy?

Some former Bush administration officials are arguing for that in light of the U.S. operation that killed bin Laden. U.S. officials say some of the initial strands of intelligence that eventually led to Sunday’s military operation came from terror detainees captured after the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks, including some held at the military prison at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.


I love the smell of wishful thinking in the morning.
