Americablog is in some trouble for calling John McCain's wife a "trophy bride". Shakespearessister says: "But let us not become what we loathe. Referring to Cindy McCain as "John McCain's Trophy Bride," as John Aravosis does at AmericaBlog is just wrong and flat out sexist. Her name is Cindy.
Many have made their complaints about Aravosis clear, and it's highly doubtful he'll be apologetic about using sexist language. But this is more than that, this is about being better people. It's about being progressive.
But..at the bottom of the offending post on Americablog is this ad:
