With the release of trailer 2 for Star Trek, we finally get a clear idea of the design of the Enterprise...
The exterior although changed is still recognizable as the classic ship. The interiors are another thing..
To me, this is a too desperate attempt to modernize the 60's feeling. This current incarnation will age faster that the old one did.
Looks closer to Space 1999 than anything Star Trek..
If they'd changed the ship this much, I shudder to think what they've done to the characters.
