How about an app that let's me take a picture of Ford giving the finger to a mother and her daughter....
Taking the city's battle to clean up Toronto digital, Rob Ford visited a lane way near St. Clair and Lansdowne to unveil a new mobile app that lets citizens report unwanted graffiti instantly. Instead of coughing up for a phone call, smart phone users can now snap a picture and whisk it off to 311 for processing.
"This is as efficient as it gets," remarked Ford at press conference earlier today. "This will make it easier than ever to report graffiti vandalism and help keep the city spotless.

Moronic woman uses pepper spray to get the best bargins
A woman shot pepper spray to keep shoppers from merchandise she wanted during a Black Friday sale, and 20 people suffered minor injuries, authorities said.
The incident occurred shortly after 10:20 p.m. Thursday in a crowded Los Angeles-area Walmart as shoppers hungry for deals were let inside the store.
Police said the suspect shot the pepper spray when the coverings over the items she wanted were removed.
"Somehow she was trying to use it to gain an upper hand," police Lt. Abel Parga told The Associated Press early Friday.

Morons vandalize cenotaph
A cenotaph at an east Toronto high school has been vandalized just days after the completion of a restoration years in the making.
Malvern Collegiate's war service monument was wrapped in blue tape at around 12:45 a.m. Sunday, said Line Pinard, the principal of the school.
Surveillance camera footage showed four males getting out of a car just out of the range of a camera, she said.
"Evidently there was some planning in it," said Pinard. "One individual returned to the car to get the blue tape that you still see part of on the sword right now and then for a while, you can see them chatting and taking pictures before departing."
Police are investigating, but the suspects have not been identified. At least three of them appeared to be taking pictures of themselves, said Pinard.
Go on heroes, post them on Facebook....

If God is backing Glenn Beck, then the Universe is f*cked
He did attract up to 90K scared, uninformed white people. That's scary in itself.
Conservative commentator Glenn Beck says his revival-style rally at the Lincoln Memorial on Saturday was about restoring America's honor and returning the country to the values on which it was founded.
Tens of thousands of people showed up for the event, which also featured former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin.
Beck insists the rally was nonpolitical, but the event, which took place on the 47th anniversary of the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.'s
"I Have a Dream" speech, and in the same place, was not without controversy.
The message: Support the troops; return to God.
Cause there's nothing God likes better than a good war.

Toronto's lesser minds set to elect "blue-collar, working-class, anti-intellectual" Rob Ford as mayor, because he's "oddly endearing"
So are the Teletubbies but I wouldn't vote for one.
Btw, Tinky Winky, um I mean Mr. Ford is the fat fuck with the blond hair... allegedly.
Seems we have a Sarah Palin wannabe in the person of Rob Ford running for mayor.
Why do some like him? God knows, but the writer [Christie Blatchford] of a piece in the Globe and Mail tries to tell us:
Rob Ford, the racist/liar/drunk/liar, dropped out of college a few credits short, looks like the sort of guy who would have a couple of beers at lunch and say something stupid, or do something stupid, like get in his car and drive it. And yet, and yet: Every blue-collar, working-class, anti-intellectual bone in my body finds him oddly endearing*.
So, because Mr. Ford is a brash, mildly bigoted dumb good old boy we'd like to have a beer with, we should vote for him?
Sounds oddly familiar, doesn't it?
And what kind of people oppose Mr. Ford, according to Ms. Blatchford:
"that gentle arty or intellectual stripe"
I think she means people with brains who can actually use them. Thinking is *so* passé I know, what with Ms. Blatchford and her ilk positively pining for an Idiot in Office.
The only silver lining is that Ms Blatchford has perserved her idiocy in writing.

* Remind me never, ever to accept an invitation to one of Ms. Blatchford's parties.

Unicorn meat and morons with lawyers
Idiots, The Other White Meat
Recently we [thinkgeek.com] got the best-ever cease and desist letter. We're no stranger to the genre, so what could possibly make this one stand out from the rest?
First, it's 12 pages long and very well-researched (except on one point); it even includes screengrabs of the offending item from our site. And we know they're not messing around because they invested in the best and brightest legal minds.
But what makes this cease and desist so very, very special is that it's for a fake product we launched for April Fool's day.
It wasn't the iCade, or the Dharma Initiative Clock, or even the Tribbles 'n' Bits Breakfast Cereal.
No, it was the Canned Unicorn Meat.
