Toronto police thugs all upset by Mayor Ford's "goons"
Why didn't the police just surround the Mayor's representatives and beat them.

Toronto Police has initiated an investigation into alleged “unprofessional” and “inflammatory” comments made to a member of the Police Services Board Thursday, the Sun has learned.
Saying he was “outraged” Councillor Michael Thompson complained to Chief Bill Blair directly about “disturbing” comments made about him at Thursday’s Toronto Police Services Board Meeting .
“I have to say I am very upset,” the Thompson, the TPSB vice-chairman said when contacted.
Thompson was livid after being told that he was part of a cabal sent by the mayor to cut police funding.
“What I was told was there was going to be a showdown here today because the mayor’s office had sent his goons into the meeting to take money away from the police,” Thompson said Thursday night. “The comments are inflammatory, outrageous and untrue.”
Saying he spoke directly to police, Thompson did not elaborate on who made the comments or where the allegations of the mayor’s office sending in “goons” originated.

Kings of Leon up the immature ante
The war of words between Glee's creator Ryan Murphy and Kings of Leon goes there...via that playground of the childish, Twitter.
"Dear Ryan Murphy, let it go. See a therapist, get a manicure, buy a new bra. Zip your lip and focus on educating 7yr olds how to say fuck."..
...Realizing how his comments could be seen, Followill later tweeted: "I'm sorry 4 anyone that misconstrued my comments as homophobic or misogynistic. I'm so not that kind of person. I really do apologize."
Still, he hasn't taken down the original post.

Turkey and Israel: Childish behaviour on an international scale
Turkey has said it will recall its ambassador unless a row over his treatment by Israel's deputy foreign minister is rapidly resolved.
The dispute comes after the deputy minister, Danny Ayalon, summoned the ambassador, Oguz Celikkolits, to rebuke him over a TV series.
He then ensured the ambassador was seated on a lower chair and removed the Turkish flag from the table.
In an attempt to defuse the row, Mr Ayalon said disrespect "is not my way".
He said in future he would behave "in a diplomatically acceptable manner".
But Turkey has demanded a formal apology from Israel.
